Our Staff

Sara Rink (school administration manager) and Anesha Liedtke (school administrator) work in our reception and are on hand to help students at any time. If you are contacting Crest with an enquiry or if you are an existing student who needs assistance, Sara and Anesha will do their best to help you.

Mrs Kijac is our school manager. She has nearly 20 years’ experience working with international students and really enjoys meeting everybody and making sure they feel at home with us. Mrs Kijac works closely with our agents and maintains frequent communication with our administrative and academic teams to ensure that all of our students receive the quality care they have come to expect from us.

Only the most professional, friendly and supportive teachers are invited to join the Crest academic team. The team is managed by Lucia Lenkova (director of studies) and Louise Newman (assistant director of studies) who joined us in 2004. Their key objective is to make certain that every one of our students receives the very best English language education from the very best teachers. They keep track of the latest developments in EFL teaching and monitor our school to ensure we are offering the latest courses.

When agents get in touch, they are looked after by our marketing manager, Zoe Box. She manages agent bookings and workskills applications. With agency experience of her own and 5 years’ marketing experience, she has the best possible background to design unique and exciting offers for you and your clients.
